Clyde Wilson started out selling lumber to locals in the Tennessee Valley area in 1949. He moved his family of 9 to Huntsville, AL to pursue his dreams of starting a business. Wilson Lumber Company has since grown to supply the valley with lumber, building materials, windows & doors, cabinets, and more. Along side a growing staff, his 3 sons and 2 grandsons continue to support the company. As Mr. Wilson said, “but, as houses get older, our do-it-yourselfer market will grow.”
